A tenacious detective and his lively partner interrogate a difficult suspect in a straightforward narcotics investigation. But when it doesn't go quite as planned, things get interesting.

The Third Degree

This project was based entirely around two challenges. First, incorporate a stuffed animal to simulate product placement. Second, include the line of dialogue "I can't believe what I'm hearing."

I wrote the script around those two ideas, and attempted to divert attention away from them, and towards a story. I had just seen The Departed, so of course... I wrote a detective story that took place in Boston.
